Delete Your ZapView Account

You can request deletion of your ZapView account and its associated data at any time. You do not need the app installed to make this request.

How to request deletion

Send an email to zapview@tuta.com with the subject line "Delete my account", from the email address linked to your ZapView account (the Google or Apple account email you sign in with).

We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email address, sign-in identifiers)
• Your session history and location records
• Your device push-notification tokens
• Your wallet/balance display records, if any

What is not stored in the first place

ZapView live video and audio streams are not recorded — they are transmitted in real time and are not stored on our servers, so there is no stream content to delete.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited subset of records where we have a legal obligation or a legitimate safety need, for example:

• Abuse reports and moderation/enforcement records related to your account
• Records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution

Any retained records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
